Higher pay – we pay significantly more than most cleaning franchises. Everyone starts out at at least $14/hour (pay will be direct deposited into your account), and there are opportunities for higher salaries. You also don’t have to pay for your cleaning supplies!
Keep your tips – Any tips received are 100% kept by the cleaning team who received it.
Supplies are provided – we provide your supplies and cleaning equipment, you don’t have to foot the bill for them!
Work on a team – Not only will you be part of the broader GreenClean Co. team, you will also work in teams at client’s homes.
Training – We will provide you with our training, which was developed from 20+ years of residential cleaning experience.
Online scheduling – All jobs, special client information, and other key info is kept online where you will have easy and quick access.
No need to drive to the office everyday – We allow our cleaning teams to dispatch directly to the client’s home, no need to waste gas, time, and money checking in at the office. When we do have team meetings, we pay our team for attending.
Do something important – It is important to treat the environment right, we are doing something special that most cleaning companies are not…and you will be a part of it.
Less exposure to chemicals – At traditional cleaning companies you are constantly breathing in the harsh toxins and chemicals from commercial cleaning products. We use higher quality, eco-friendly products.
Awesome clients – Because of our company’s offerings and values, we attract a select client base that is ideal to work with.
Opportunity to advance – We are always on the lookout for employees who are able to manage a team of cleaners.
Here are a few things we are looking for:
- People who actually love to clean and have been accused of being a “neat freak” (This one is required for all applicants. Although, you do not have to have professional cleaning experience — we train everyone). You have to be efficient at cleaning.
- Energetic and enthusiastic men and women, who like to be around people, can work in a team, and care about doing a great job.
- Friendly people who can charm a customer, so they stay a customer!
- Hardworking and honest people who want to be a part of something better than the status quo.
- Must be available for daytime hours (between 8AM and 6PM) and be willing to work 12-30 hours per week
- We really prefer people who care about the environment, natural products, and health
- Be able to work on Cincinnati’s east-side neighborhoods (Oakley, Hyde Park, Indian Hill, etc.) and the Northern Suburbs (Mason, West Chester, Loveland)
We try to make the process easy for you…we find the clients, we take care of the communication with them, we train you, and we keep all the information in an easy-to-access location online.
There are a few requirements to be a member of The GreenClean Co.
- Have a computer, printer, and internet access
- Be legal to work in this country and have a clean legal background (you must pass a background check)
- Be willing to follow our cleaning process, and use our tools and products.
- Must be willing to work in a team or alone if necessary
- Be able to receive electronic payments
- You must have a cell phone & a GPS/Map that enables you to find various locations
- Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Speak and understand English
- Have access to a washing machine to wash used rags/cloths.
